Accordingly I am developing my state of mental health from the time I came to Malaysia to study all by myself, because, I learnt many things in my life after I came to Malaysia and I was able to go through stress with a positive mind even though I was all alone by myself. Ways to Overcome Stress
Anxiety attacks are overwhelming with fear and many types of complications. This can cause many physical, medical, social, and mentally conflicts within a person. Changes in the brain and environmental stress can as well cause a person to do atypical things. So if I were to study for three hours straight with no break I would give myself an hour or two of Netflix after, or if I were to study for like four to five hours straight with a ten minute break in between I would give myself an even bigger break.
In this 21 century, many people experience stress as they combine busy lives and the demands of study and or work while trying to also save time for friend and family especially college student. Stress becomes almost a way of life. What is stress?
