Michala Wilt, 21, Swartz Creek, Michigan. I am still a student so i live a very stressful life. I am often busy doing homework or working on some school stuff. I often ask for help though. For example, the pile of write-ups and reports that I needed to accomplish was like impossible to finish on my own so I delegated some of the tasks to my two big sisters, my friends and some, to paid professionals. Most of the writing assignments I had was done by the best essay writing services the internet has to offer. Of course, amidst all the help that I got, I was still able to work on things on my own for the most part. And with that, a road trip with friends plus some exciting activities, like trail riding, is like the total stress reliever, making me and of course my friends, free from the worries and stresses of school life.
Old Testament of the Bible
Book of Jonah - Wikipedia
And Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights. The LORD had prepared a great fish to swallow Jonah : Some question if this could happen as the Bible says it did; but surely it is not a difficult thing for God to have prepared a great fish , even if that particular fish was a special creation for that moment. There is a story of a whaler named James Bartley, who in reportedly fell into the sea while harpooning a large sperm whale. It may be questioned if the story of James Bartley is true or not, but certainly the story of Jonah is true because Jesus said it was true. In Matthew we read that Jesus said Jonah was three days and three nights in the belly of the great fish. Jonah was in the belly of the fish three days and three nights : Though Jonah was a rebellious, resistant, and believer, God was not finished with him yet — so the LORD preserved his life.

The Book Of Jonah Summary
The story of Jonah and the Whale, one of the oddest accounts in the Bible, opens with God speaking to Jonah , son of Amittai, commanding him to preach repentance to the city of Nineveh. Jonah found God's order unbearable. Not only was Nineveh known for its wickedness, but it was also the capital of the Assyrian empire , one of Israel's fiercest enemies. Jonah, a stubborn fellow, did just the opposite of what he was told.
In Judaism , it is the Haftarah portion read during the afternoon of Yom Kippur to instill reflection on God's willingness to forgive those who repent; it remains a popular story among Christians. It is also retold in the Quran. Unlike the other Prophets , the book of Jonah is almost entirely narrative, with the exception of the poem in chapter 2. The actual prophetic word against Nineveh is given only in passing through the narrative. As with any good narrative, the story of Jonah has a setting, characters, a plot, and themes.
