She was previously in good health, despite leading a relatively sedentary lifestyle and having a year history of cigarette smoking.
Students will research and take on the role of a doctor while comparing and contrasting possible skeletal diseases and disorders. Students will be able to analyze various diseases and disorders related to skeletal tissue. After being given a case study and researching it, students will determine what disease or disorder to diagnose their "patient" and be able to differentiate skeletal diseases and disorders. The learning activity involves check for understandings and this will be a part of my formative assessment.
