The energy spent on construction constitutes a significant part of the total amount of energy consumed in the world. Apart from consuming substantial amounts of energy, the construction energy is also responsible for a huge amount of carbon dioxide emissions. Additionally, the office buildings consume approximately Additionally, office buildings represented up to a fifth of all the energy delivered and consumed by commercial buildings. However, not all of this energy is as a result of constructing the building. However, it also includes of the large number of electrical and mechanical equipment that has to be incorporated into the building, intended for the heating, ventilation and air-conditioning HVAC hereafter.

Sustainable architecture is the architecture that minimizes the negative environmental impact of buildings. It aims at solving the problems of society and the ecosystem. It uses a selective approach towards energy and design of the built environment. Most often sustainability is being limited to the efficient water heater or using high-end technologies. It is more than that. It is sometimes about creating awareness among people and communities how we can coexist in the natural environment.
Miriam Kobert-Moore, 19, Ararat, Alabama. I used different writing services and not all of them are responsible. I placed and paid for 3 orders here and always received discounts. My papers are perfect after some editings from my side. Thanks!

Today, when energy is of the most valuable resources on the planet, the concept of energy efficient house is on the front burner. So, let us take a look what the concept considers as one. Energy efficient house is a building in which low energy consumption is combined with a possibility to maintain certain microclimate. The annual demand for heating of an energy efficient house does not exceed 15 kWh per square meter. Total primary energy consumption is no more than kWh per square meter per year.
Buildings in India were traditionally built with a high thermal mass brick, stone masonry and used natural ventilation as their principal ventilation and cooling strategy. However, contemporary office buildings are energy-intensive and increasingly make use of steel, aluminum and glass as primary materials for construction. These resource-intensive materials, their processes and operations require a high level of fossil fuel use. According to UNEP, approximately 80 to 90 percent of the energy a building uses during its entire life cycle is consumed for heating, cooling, lighting, and other appliances.
