The behavior contract is a simple positive-reinforcement intervention that is widely used by teachers to change student behavior. The behavior contract spells out in detail the expectations of student and teacher and sometimes parents in carrying out the intervention plan, making it a useful planning document. Also, because the student usually has input into the conditions that are established within the contract for earning rewards, the student is more likely to be motivated to abide by the terms of the behavior contract than if those terms had been imposed by someone else. NOTE: View a sample behavior contract as an attachment at the bottom of this page.

If your tween is struggling with homework or just can't seem to keep themself organized, a homework contract can help. This simple agreement between a kid and their parents can help the tween stay on task and give the parents peace of mind, knowing they've laid out their expectations for schoolwork. A well-written contract points out your child's homework responsibilities point by point. It also helps them understand how you can help guide and work with them in order to keep their assignments under control. There are also some good reminders for parents.
Ruth Vargas, 22, Green Island, New York. Some time ago I received a task at the university. We had to write an essay on Social Studies. Being an inexperienced student, I found it way too difficult writing it myself, so I decided to order the essay writing at this company. Guys did their job within two days which is quite fast, having in mind that the essay i needed should contain a lot of pages. I especially liked the style of the essay since they put various illustrations into it. In all, I just want to thank them!
Students and parents often have high expectations and hopes for a new school year. But without a plan, it's easy for the school year to get ahead of you. Before you know it, your child may be struggling and you're wondering why you didn't pick up on the fact that he's behind on homework or having challenges in math. One way to avoid these problems is to have a school contract in place at the beginning of the school year. A parent-student contract can help you and your student stay focused and start communicating about any challenges they face, now and in the future.
